The Firm is experienced in the representation of commercial and noncommercial radio and television stations before the FCC and other federal agencies.  In addition to advice on regulatory issues, the Firm has broad experience with respect to station acquisitions, sales and financing as well as legislative issues affecting the broadcast industry.  We represent group and individual broadcast station owners as well as investors in the broadcasting industry and are counsel to the major trade association of Low Power Television (LPTV) stations.
