The Firm represents clients with respect to legislative issues before Congress and state legislatures that affect the telecommunications industry. For example, we have drafted legislation, prepared Congressional testimony and provided assistance in both delivering testimony and providing information relating to proposed legislation. Our attorneys also represented clients extensively in connection with legislation affecting the AT&T consent decree line-of-business restrictions and counseled clients in connection with the drafting and the passage of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
