The Firm represents a variety of private and government domestic and international satellite clients, both commercial and noncommercial, in obtaining satellite and earth station transmission and receive authority, including authorization for VSAT systems. We have also represented manufacturers of state-of-the-art earth terminals, including suitcase size   and  "fly-away" earth terminals, in obtaining FCC operating authority.
