The Firm has an active practice in the public communications and telephony area, representing clients before federal and state agencies as well as the Executive Branch on legal issues affecting the entire spectrum of domestic and international telecommunications issues.  On the federal level, we typically represent clients before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) of the Department of Commerce, the Department of Justice and Department of State. Our experience involves long distance and international telephone rates and practices; spectrum policies and management; the structure of the telecommunications industry; transmission facility authorizations and tariffs; interconnection agreements with incumbent local exchange carriers; contract tariff issues; long distance and operator services; pay telephone issues and telephone toll fraud, to name a few.
